This Return Policy applies to irrigation system components, equipment, and services provided by Candlecozyboutiq. Due to the custom nature of our irrigation system installations, different return policies apply to products versus installation services.
Product Returns
Unopened and unused irrigation system components may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in original packaging and condition. Returns must be requested by contacting us at info@candlecozyboutiq.world or calling +6421735706.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Items must not be damaged, customized, or modified
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or specially ordered irrigation components
- Items that have been installed or used
- Components damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items purchased more than 14 days ago
- Clearance or sale items marked as final sale
Installation Services
Due to the custom nature of irrigation system installation services, these are generally not eligible for refunds once work has begun. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns about installation quality or performance.
If you are dissatisfied with installation services:
- Contact us within 7 days of installation completion
- Allow us to inspect and address any issues
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve problems through repairs or adjustments
Warranty Claims
Irrigation system components are covered by manufacturer warranties as specified in individual product documentation. Warranty claims are separate from returns and will be handled according to the terms of the applicable warranty.
Warranty service typically covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Premature component failure under normal use conditions
- Performance issues that prevent proper system operation
